A Biopharma National Sales Meeting 2016

Challenge

A small, single product start-up bio-pharmaceutical company based in San Francisco with a focus on oncological pharmacology needed an industry standard sales meeting. And while the company and its meeting budgets were small, the leadership came from big Pharma and were full of big expectations. TF’s challenge was creating a big budget healthcare meeting, on site in Phoenix, on a very small budget.

Solution

Our pharma experienced team put together a very cost-effective local Phoenix team. With TF team members leading the charge, the local team helped company leadership design their presentations with laser like focus. Judicious use of TF talents in key areas (speech coach, speech writer, etc.) ensured flawless execution of all executive presentations. Three wide screen projection surfaces supported the presentations, and two days of General Sessions surpassed client expectation while staying on budget.

By immediately sizing up the realities of a limited budget and using available dollars creatively, TF managed to produce a full scale National Sales Meeting without eliminating a single bell or whistle!
